Estimation and Design of LV Switchgear up to Form 4 using SimpliED Software
We provide accurate estimation and detailed design for low voltage switchgear assemblies rated up to Form 4 separation — the highest level of internal partitioning as defined by IEC 61439 standards. Form 4 ensures complete segregation between busbars, functional units (such as circuit breakers and switches), and external cable terminals, with individual functional units also separated from one another. This configuration maximizes operator safety, minimizes risks during maintenance, prevents fault propagation, and allows work on one section without de-energizing the entire board.
